Account privacy
This describes waitlist requests and the invitation-only account service. Updated September 9, 2026.
Early-access requests
The early-access form saves your email address, optional name, submission time and invitation-consent version in private Vercel storage. Joining allows us to email you about an early-access invitation. It does not create an account, start a subscription or enable ongoing player alerts. These details are not sent to AI providers or exposed in public reports.
Contact the email below to withdraw your request or ask for deletion. We keep these details for early-access invitations until you withdraw or we close the list. Early-access emails are not sent automatically by this form.
What the account stores
The account service stores your verified email, account identifier, display name, timezone, alert-frequency preference, and the ESPN league, team and season you choose to save. Account registration does not start a paid subscription or add you to a marketing list.
Sign-in and hosting
Managed sign-in is provided by Amazon Cognito, including email verification and password recovery. You enter your password with that provider. The standalone app uses Vercel hosting; customer settings and expiring login sessions are stored in a separate AWS DynamoDB table. Essential secure cookies keep you signed in, and signing out invalidates the local session.
League data
Registration requires an email address approved by Seth. The connection flow first checks your league using its team-page link. Private leagues require separate consent to save an ESPN session. Saved session values are encrypted for your account. The app and its private AWS analysis worker use them to read ESPN data; they are not returned to the browser or sent to AI providers. We do not collect your ESPN password or submit transactions. We store only the selected team’s roster and league context, not other league members’ contact details. Disconnecting removes the saved session and roster from the app; a disconnected marker is retained to prevent an in-flight refresh from restoring deleted data. When you request analysis, the worker temporarily processes league rosters and available players to assess possible moves. It does not save raw league captures or other league members’ contact details. Compact recommendation reports expire after 24 hours and no longer appear after disconnecting that team. This pilot uses numerical analysis and ESPN data. Paid AI research, injury-message delivery and subscription payments are not active.
Your choices
You can edit your display name, timezone, league details and alert-frequency preference in the dashboard. Choose a weekly summary, a weekly summary with important alerts, or dashboard only. Saving a frequency preference does not activate email or text delivery or subscribe you to marketing. Contact sethisaacweiland@gmail.com for help or to request deletion of your account and saved settings.
